He looks forward to assisting on cases and engaging in intellectually stimulating and challenging work.

Is there a practice area or industry in which you are particularly interested?

I would say litigation. Part of what drew me to law was the opportunity to be an advocate. I also enjoy legal writing and research—skills I feel would be especially useful as a litigator.

Is there a skill you would like to learn?

I would like to learn to draw. I’m amazed at how great artists can bring images to life on paper with limited tools.

Whom have you learned the most from personally or professionally?

I have had the pleasure of working with several excellent professional and academic mentors. One common theme has been the importance of understanding your audience and tailoring your communication accordingly. I believe this will be helpful in my legal career given how extensively lawyers communicate both formally and informally with teammates, co-counsel, opposing counsel and clients.
