This recognition is a reflection of the talent of our team, our clients’ vision and the trust they place in us to advise on their most complex and transformative projects.

We are also proud to have played a significant role in the Corner Brook Acute Care Project, which was awarded Best Social Infrastructure Project. Davies acted for Plenary Americas and PCL Investments on the groundbreaking project, the largest social infrastructure P3 undertaken in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Now in its seventh year, the P3 Awards celebrate the best in public-private partnerships across the Americas.
