Associate, Competition

Davies’ Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment group is one of the leading practices in the country. We provide strategic advice and representation to clients on a wide range of competition matters, including M&A, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, deceptive marketing, regulatory compliance and associated major litigation before the courts and Competition Tribunal. We are now looking to add an Associate to our busy practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to four years of practice experience gained in a large law firm setting. While experience in Competition law is preferred, we are also open to considering candidates with a strong interest in transitioning into this area of practice.

Interested candidates should have a strong academic record with excellent verbal and written communication skills, thrive on challenge and responsibility, take pride in producing client-ready work, have a commitment to exceeding client expectations, be a collaborative team player and have the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
