As our Chief Legal Talent & Culture Officer, Nanci plays a significant role in identifying, integrating, supporting and providing career coaching for all of our top legal talent. By creating and strategically implementing a range of career development programs, she helps to build and manage our dynamic legal team in Montréal. Nanci also leads the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.

Nanci is the co-chair of the Montréal Student Committee and the Montréal Talent Management Committee, as well as a key member of our Professional Development Committee. She previously served as co-chair of our Diversity & Inclusion Council.

Nanci brings a unique understanding of the legal profession to her role. Before joining our firm, she practised business and insurance coverage litigation at a leading firm in New York.
