Acted for Blackstone in its US$3.5-billion take-private acquisition of Tricon Residential Inc., an owner, operator and developer of a portfolio of approximately 38,000 single-family rental homes in the U.S. Sun Belt and multi-family apartments in Toronto.

Canada Infrastructure Bank

Acted for Canada Infrastructure Bank in its financing of up to C$210-million in OTR Infrastructure LP for the Parkland Electric Vehicle Charging Network. Parkland will use proceeds of the financing to fund the installation and operation of thousands of direct current fast charging ports for zero-emission vehicles across Canada.

Golden Ventures

Acted for Golden Ventures in the formation of Golden Ventures Opportunities Fund II, LP, its second opportunities fund.

TAS

Acted for TAS in the joint venture with Woodbourne Capital to develop a 1-million square foot mixed-use campus in downtown Toronto, the contribution of the property to the joint venture and TAS/Woodbourne's C$115.2-million financing from QuadReal Property Group.
