Davies is hiring a lawyer with three to five years of experience to join our Montréal Corporate practice. As a Davies lawyer, you will be a full group participant from day one – involved in sophisticated corporate and commercial transactions and providing advice to entrepreneurs and domestic and international companies.

We are looking for a lawyer with an excellent academic record, experience in a similar high-calibre legal practice, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Membership in the Québec Bar, or with the possibility to become a member, is essential.
