Why did you choose Davies?

At Davies, each individual brings a unique and valuable perspective, creating a dynamic environment where everyone's contributions are both recognized and celebrated.

Is there a practice area or industry in which you are particularly interested?

I did a degree in business with a concentration in human resources and labour relations and I did two internships in human resources at Canadian National Railways. As a result, I am interested in both business and employment law, and specifically the intersectional practice between the two.

Is there an organization that means a lot to you? Why? And how are you involved?

Million Peacemakers is a non-profit for conflict resolution. Most of its work consists of giving workshops about “Nonflict,” which is a three-step conflict resolution tool. I am involved as a board member but prior to that, I was the co-chair of the youth initiative. I co-created the first youth initiative for Million Peacemakers, and it now has members worldwide in places like Zimbabwe, the Philippines, Argentina, Sweden and more.
