Partner Nathalie Goyette Appointed a Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal

Davies partner Nathalie Goyette has been appointed a judge of the Federal Court of Appeal. This prestigious appointment reflects Nathalie’s dedication and success throughout a 32-year career practising tax litigation.

Nathalie focused her practice on helping clients manage and resolve audit and appeal disputes with provincial and federal tax authorities. She has earned the trust of clients ranging from multinational corporations to closely held businesses, high-net worth individuals, trusts and estates.

Among her many achievements, Nathalie is a past governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation, a former member of the Rules Committee of the Tax Court of Canada and a recipient of the Order of Merit of the University of Ottawa’s Civil Law Faculty.
