Alexandra is responsible for the strategic direction and operation of our Student Programs in Montréal, including recruitment, orientation, training, integration, mentoring, and performance evaluations for students and stagiaires. In her role, she develops practices to support the growth and advancement of our early career legal professionals. She works closely with our students and stagiaires to advise them with respect to career development and performance management. In addition, she is involved in the office’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Alexandra is a member of several firm committees, including the Montréal Student Committee and the Student/Stagiaire Evaluation Committee. Outside of the firm, she serves on the Research Ethics Committee of St. Mary's Research Centre in Montréal.
