Amanda is responsible for managing the overall operation of our Student Program in Toronto. She oversees recruitment, in-firm orientation, training and integration, and mentoring and performance evaluations for summer and articling students. Amanda also regularly liaises with law schools and the Law Society on student-related requirements and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to assuming this role, Amanda summered and articled at the firm. As an associate in the Commercial Real Estate group, she focused on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leasing matters and credit facility financings. While practicing, she informally mentored summer and articling students and assisted with student recruitment.
Amanda is a member of the Toronto Student Committee. Outside of the firm, she serves on the board of directors of Shakespearience Performing Arts.
