Christine focuses on domestic and cross-border matters, including trust taxation, personal tax and estate planning, including succession and post-mortem planning for private companies, estate administration and related tax dispute resolution. She is experienced in immigration and emigration tax planning and advises on foreign ownership of Canadian and U.S. property.

Christine received the 2012 Widdifield Award for excellence in legal writing in the area of trusts and estates law. Prior to joining Davies, she was a partner in the Toronto office of a prominent law firm.
