Matt quickly identifies and analyzes his litigation clients’ issues to deliver sound advice.

He has acted for and advised public and private companies, regulatory agencies and individuals in commercial arbitrations and disputes before Ontario courts and administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining Davies, Matt was a senior associate at a leading Toronto litigation firm. He also worked in barristers’ chambers in London, England as a Harold G. Fox Scholar and served as judicial law clerk to the Honourable Justice Catherine Kane of the Federal Court of Canada.
