With more than 10 years of experience, Michelle maintains records for federal and Québec corporations for the Corporate Services Group.

She prepares various documents for legal persons and for partnerships, including registrations, incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions and rollovers. She also assists with preparing and assembling documents for closings, updating minute books and drafting audit reports. Michelle coordinates all requests for similar filing in jurisdictions outside Quebec.

Before joining Davies, Michelle was a paralegal at a national law firm.
