Stephanie assists in managing the firm’s legal risks.

As Risk Management Counsel, Stephanie works directly with, and reports to, the firm’s General Counsel to provide dedicated support to the lawyers and administrative departments in risk-management matters and legal affairs. In this role, she advises on a variety of risk, legal and compliance issues, including contractual arrangements, risk-management policies and procedures and professional ethics.

Before assuming this role, Stephanie was a Securities Support lawyer at the firm, advising foreign clients on their Canadian private placements and Canadian issuers of structured notes on their private placements and prospectus offerings.

Prior to joining Davies, Stephanie worked at the Toronto office of an international business law firm.
