Is there a practice area or industry in which you are particularly interested?
Litigation. I developed a passion for oral advocacy and persuasion at a young age by participating in speech competitions throughout elementary school. During law school, I gained first-hand experience preparing for trial through my role as a Criminal Law Division Leader at the Community & Legal Aid Services Program at Osgoode. I am excited by the prospect of litigating high-stakes, complex business-related matters.
If you could have your own talk show, who would you invite as your first guest?
Madame Justice Bertha Wilson, the first woman appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada. She was instrumental in changing the lives of many women in our country. It would be fascinating to ask her about the challenges she faced and her impactful and groundbreaking career.

The quote, “Be curious, not judgmental,” attributed to the great American poet Walt Whitman, has influenced me to ask questions, listen, be thoughtful and not make assumptions.
