Davies’ leadership in the area of tax law has been recognized by International Tax Review with the 2017 award for Americas Real Estate Tax Deal of the Year. This award recognizes our innovative tax work representing Ivanhoé Cambridge in its joint effort with Hines to develop Bay Park Centre, an integrated multi-tower office complex/public transit hub development straddling both sides of Toronto’s Union Station rail corridor.
