Ian brings nearly 15 years of experience advising clients on domestic and international tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, reorganizations, restructurings and investment products. With a background in mathematics and technology, as well as experience working at a technology startup, he provides tailored tax counsel to support the growth and success of clients in the emerging technology market.
