Novacap Successfully Closes the First Digital Infrastructure Fund I, Exceeding Target of US$1 Billion
Davies recently acted for Novacap in the closing of the Novacap Digital Infrastructure Fund I, which raised over US$1 billion from existing and new international institutional investors, high-net-worth investors and family offices. This marks a pivotal expansion into digital infrastructure, complementing Novacap’s strong foothold in technology, industrials and financial services.
The Fund began investing in four platform companies: INdigital, All West Communications, Communications Tower Group, and HyScale. These early investments reflect Novacap’s innovative approach to strengthening digital infrastructure solutions.
