As head of Corporate Services in Montréal, Alexandra provides leadership, coaching and direction for paralegals who work with lawyers in the Corporate practice group to prepare documents involving mergers and acquisitions, tax and corporate reorganizations. She is responsible for overseeing the full range of duties normally performed by an experienced paralegal and for the training and continued development of the paralegal team and its assistants, ensuring they are aware of changes to corporate law and government processes. She also acts as a resource and corporate law expert and participates in various special projects.

Alexandra is co-chair of the Montréal chapter of the International Paralegal Management Association (IPMA).
