Maïté develops legal content and knowledge management strategies to increase efficiencies and deliver prompt, comprehensive and first-rate client service.

As Senior Knowledge Management Lawyer, Maïté develops knowledge management content, including drafting and enhancing precedents and other resource materials that streamline client service delivery. She is also involved in the design, evaluation, training and advancement of tools and systems to share knowledge across practice groups. Maïté works closely with lawyers of various practice groups to identify and gather new valuable knowledge resources, and to ensure our existing collections of precedents and research materials stay current and aligned with clients’ evolving needs.

Before joining Davies, Maïté led knowledge management, legal technology, library and CLE programs and projects at a Montréal-based business law firm. Earlier in her career, she practised as in-house counsel for a full-service Canadian financial institution and as an associate and KM lawyer at another major Canadian law firm.
