Nish brings over twelve years of experience from mining and environmental consulting to his role of Senior Environmental Specialist.

Nish supports both the Environmental and Indigenous practice team as well as the lawyers working in the Energy sector. He conducts environmental due diligence reviews, ensures regulatory compliance and assists with transactions involving environmental risk on projects across Canada.

Nish has extensive experience overseeing complex environmental systems to maintain and enhance environmental and social licenses. He has led committees to engage indigenous communities, managed site energy and emissions, coordinated with external stakeholders, executed environmental management, spill response and water management systems and mine closure activities.
