Samuel brings practical experience to complex construction, real estate and business matters.

Samuel acts for clients in resolving disputes in a variety of areas, including civil and professional liability, contractual and shareholder disputes and real estate. He has appeared before various judicial and administrative bodies, including the Québec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Québec and the Tribunal administratif du logement.

Before joining Davies, Samuel practised civil and commercial litigation at a regional law firm. He worked for a full-service general contracting company prior to becoming a lawyer.
