As Senior Director of Innovation and Knowledge Management, Tania oversees our legal innovation strategy as well as the knowledge management and library strategy at the Montréal office. She works closely with management and practising lawyers, setting priorities for legal technology and AI initiatives and overseeing the identification, testing and implementation of new practice-specific technologies. She leads a team of highly skilled professionals, collaborates nationally to identify methods to capture and leverage the firm’s intellectual capital and implements them in the Montréal office. She works closely with lawyers and practice groups to develop tools and processes to meet their knowledge management needs, including precedents and collections.

Before joining Davies, Tania worked at a national law firm in knowledge management and as corporate transactional lawyer. She combines her experience as a practising lawyer with her passion for the business and practice of law, as well as innovation.
