Vanessa’s practice focuses on real property matters in the area of commercial real estate transactions. She has assisted clients with purchase and sales transactions involving office, industrial and retail properties, mortgage financing and office, industrial, retail and mixed-use leasing. She also provides advice relating to renewable energy infrastructure, project and other financing, and share and asset purchase transactions.

Prior to joining Davies, she worked in the Calgary office of a prominent national Canadian law firm.
