What are the essential qualities of a good lawyer? How do you display those qualities?
I think lawyers need to be analytical, adaptable and strong communicators. I try to display these qualities by always approaching problems with a logical mindset, being flexible and open to working on tasks outside my comfort zone and by making sure everyone is on the same page and clear on what the goal is.
What surprised you most about Davies during the interview process?
I was surprised with how easy it was to talk with everyone. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. I was expecting to be more or less “grilled” during the process but instead came out feeling like I made genuine connections with the people I spoke with.
What fictional character do you identify most with?
I would probably have to say Tony Stark (Iron Man). He doesn’t take life too seriously but can always be relied on to make the right decision and be serious when needed.
